Two great shots, a natural, and golf at its finest: the 2012 Masters

By Joey McMurry

The Masters is always fun to watch. Drama, emotion, it has it all.

But this year was particularly exciting, especially on the event's last day.

Bubba Watson and Louis Oosthuizen teed off together in the final round and ultimately pushed each other to a playoff.

Along the way, though, Oosthuizen made this shot:

That was a double-eagle. In The Masters. The first on a 575-yard hole.

Oh, and it was only the fourth double-eagle in Masters history.

And then there was a playoff. Bubba Watson, a man who has never taken a golf lesson or watched his swing on video in his entire life, does this:

Uhh..... Umm.... Yeah. He's a natural.

That shot won him this year's Masters after two puts secured his first Green Jacket.

Not to say he is the next star of golf or anything (he's already 34 years old), but a guy who has never had any formal instruction winning The Masters is simply amazing.

Drama + emotion + sports = a damn good Masters. Good way to spend an Easter Sunday.
